Open pack and if a warm shampoo is desired heat the pack in a microwave(800w)for 15-20seconds
Caution:
Test temperature of the cap before use.Avoid contct with eyes.
Place cap on head and gently massage for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove cap.
No need to rinse simply towel dry and comb hair as required.
